Who doesn’t love their Supergas? This week the brand has released a new collection of limited edition styles especially for Hong Kong, which was designed in collaboration with local fashion designer Barney Cheng.
In true Barney style, the collection combines Superga’s classic 2750 trainers with a high fashion edge (which is fitting considering that Barney is known for dressing glamorous stars such as Maggie Cheung and Michelle Yeoh). Only 150 pairs are available for both men and women in black, white and red. The style itself is very on trend with a tone-on-tone faux leather apron with a fringed moccasin style trim covering the front (similar styles took over the spring/summer 2014 catwalks).
Each pair costs HK$990, and Superga will donate HK$100 from each pair sold to non profit charity, Crossroads Foundation.
