Rihanna is a busy girl, and we’re not just talking about her music projects. In recent years the style icon has lent her talents to several fashion brands, including Puma with whom she has created her Fenty collection.
The latest to make headlines is her collaboration with one of our favourite shoe designers, Manolo Blahnik. The singer has gone all out for her final footwear collection with the designer and has created an ultra glamorous collection that’s high on the luxe and bling factor.
The collection includes four sandal styles that are based on Manolo signatures and are perfect for the summer. In true Rihanna style she has added her own daring twist to the shoes, which are made from PVC (to make the legs appear skinnier, naturally) and decorated with multi-coloured gobstopper crystals and a Perspex heel. The looks range from the more conservative (the mid-heel mule) to instagram-worthy (a showstopping gladiator which runs up to the calf of the leg), so there’s something for everyone.
The collection launches in Hong Kong on July 6th 2017 at Manolo Blahnik stores, www.manoloblahnik.com
