Movers & Cashmere Series II
Who doesn’t love a beautiful piece of cashmere? Our only gripe is that the majority of styles in the luxe category tend to err on the conservative or more formal side.
Things however are changing as more designers are becoming creative with this luxe fabric. Our latest discovery, Movers & Cashmere, was launched in 2016 by Hong Konger Leslie Tsang and pioneers a new concept that is inspired by athleisure and sportswear.
The result is a series of capsule collections (they don’t follow seasonal schedules) that focus on easy-to-wear silhouettes that are perfect for women-on-the-go whether they are attending a morning meeting, or running errands.

While quality is high on the list, with only AA grade Mongolian cashmere being used for the entire collection, what we really love are the cool designs. Its newly launched Series II collection features loose sweaters with voluminous bell-sleeves and a zippered panel at the back that reveals breathable mesh for a sporty look. Other staples include wide legged track pants with a slit and the on-trend two-toned bomber (it’s the perfect cover up for the plane or work!). Each style is accented with rose gold hardware that’s both subtle yet luxurious.
Movers & Cashmere has also collaborated with British designer Charlie May on three styles that merge both brands’ aesthetics and signature styles. Sweaters and track pants have sporty stripe details, but the piece we are really lusting after is the scoop neck maxi dress with a low-cut back and contrasting stripes along the side.
Comfortable and chic is always a winning combination!
