Hong Kongers love a good pop-up store (I think it’s the “for a limited time only” thing that draws them in). The latest to add to the list is French accessories brand Roger Vivier, who is opening their first ever pop-up store in the world, at Lee Gardens in Causeway Bay.
The space itself couldn’t look more different to the brand’s boutiques which are definitely more upscale. Instead they have gone for fun look and decked it out in Pop Art colours and playful posters of Vivier’s shoes and bags done Andy Warhol style. A funky light installation at the entrance spells out Miss Viv, the name of one of the brand’s best-selling bags.
Speaking of which, in-store fans will be able to but limited edition styles of the brand’s Miss Viv handbag and Ballerine U-look flats. Both are available in four colours – metallic gold, mirrored silver, vivid green and fuchsia pink – and are the perfect addition to your summer wardrobes. There are only 60 bags and 300 pairs of shoes available so get there quick!
The Roger Vivier pop-up store is open until May 1 2015 at Lee Gardens, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong; www.rogervivier.com.
